Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number, as well as a link to the Post NL page for you to track the delivery of your parcel.
What Is Your Returns & Exchange Policy?
We will happily accept exchanges within 14 days of your item being delivered to you provided the items are still in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and with the tag still attached to the item. Unfortunately, you can not return earrings for hygienic reasons. The customer will need to cover the postage costs. To arrange a exchange, simply email us:
